ASP Level 2 Electricians
MSB Electrical Services Pty Ltd is an ASP (Accredited Service Provider) Level 2 electrician.
We are a specialised electrician who are authorised to work on the electrical network in a more advanced capacity than a standard electrician. We are authorised to perform electrical work related to the distribution network and service connections in both overhead and underground configurations.

MSB Electrical Services works closely with our customers to establish and ensure minimal disruptions to power during the electrical works/Upgrades.
Inspection and Assessment:
MSB Electrical will perform a site inspection to determine the specific requirements for the private power pole installation. This includes considering factors such as the distance from the property to the nearest power source, load requirements, and any applicable safety standards and regulations.
MSB Electrical Services can be engaged for the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical meters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

MSB Electrical Services are authorized to install electrical meters for new service connections, upgrades, or replacements.
This encapsulates the cables that run from the point of attachment to the main switchboard or distribution panel within a property. These mains are responsible for distributing electrical power throughout the property.

Consumer mains and the point of attachment are crucial components of an electrical service connection. MSB Electrical Services are experts in installing, maintaining, and ensuring the safety and compliance of these elements.

Trenching and Excavation:
MSB Electrical can dig trenches, lay conduits, and install underground electrical cables safely and efficiently as required.
Cable Installation:
As per AS/NZS 3000:2018 standard. Installation of underground power cables, in accordance with established guidelines.
Service Connections:
perform service connections for customers through underground systems, which require careful coordination with utilities. (Water, Sewer and existing power)
Cable Fault Detection and Repair: locate and repair faults in underground cables, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Installation + Maintenance:
As an ASP Level 2 electricians we can install and maintain overhead electrical lines, including power distribution cables and associated equipment like overhead poles, insulators, and transformers.
Service Connections:
Connect and disconnect electrical services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers using overhead lines.
Repairs:
ASP Level 2 electricians are qualified to perform repairs and upgrades to overhead power lines, addressing issues like cable damage, insulation problems, and equipment malfunctions.
Compliance:
MSB Electrical will ensure connections comply with Electrical Supplier regulations and safety standards.
MSB Electrical Services adhere to strict safety standards and regulations while working on critical components of the electrical distribution network.
